In the aim to construct 'Pairidaeza' in the present time, a sustainable design was needed.

The concept of Garden is connected to beliefs and hopes in many civilisations. The idea of ‘Landscape’, as
‘a way of seeing’, has been scrutinised in many of the world’s gardens. In Persia, creating a garden was a crucial
action for a man, since the Achaemenian era, representing the ‘truth, soul and the hidden’
The word of ‘Pairidaeza’ (Paradise) was used by Achaemenians to define enclosed gardens or lands.
It consisted of two parts - ‘Pairi’ (around) and ‘Daeza’ (forming a wall). The walls surrounding the garden is a
sign- separation of the internal and external world.
The idea of such spatial separation is also to provide centralisation and environmental
detachment, in order to direct one towards spiritual attachment.
